Q. Do you plan trips to any destination?
I focus exclusively on the places I know deeply and love personally: Italy, Spain, Scotland, Ireland, Greece, France, Mexico, Hawaii, the Virgin Islands, New York, and California. This ensures every recommendation is rooted in firsthand knowledge not guesswork.
Q. How far in advance should I reach out?
Ideally 6-8 months before you plan to travel. Popular destinations like Italy, Greece, and Hawaii book up quickly, especially boutique hotels. The earlier we start, the better your options.
Q. Why do I have to pay a planning fee for your services?
The planning fee covers the time, expertise, and creative strategy that goes into designing a trip that feels effortlessly you. From researching the best routes to hand-picking boutique stays and curating memorable experiences, every detail is tailored with intention. This ensures you get a thoughtful, personalized itinerary and not a copy-and-paste plan.
Q. How do we communicate during the planning process?
You'll have direct access to me for updates, questions, and refinements. Once your itinerary is finalized, you’ll receive an app-based version you can access anytime.
Q. Do you offer support while I’m traveling?
Yes. If anything unexpected comes up while you're abroad, you can reach out and I’ll help coordinate adjustments with my partners and on-the-ground teams.
Q. What if I have specific ideas or must-dos?
Bring them! Vision boards, saved restaurants, dream hotels, TikTok finds, your notes and I'll take all of it and refine it into a seamless plan that works beautifully in practice.
Q. Do you book cruises?
No. My philosophy centers on immersive travel, slowing down, exploring deeply, and experiencing a place like a local. Cruises don’t allow the kind of connection, culture, and pacing I design for my clients.
